2025 GOLDWIN FIS YOUTH JAPANCUP – EVENT INFORMATION

The Goldwin FIS Youth Japan Cup will be held for the fifth time as an official youth world tournament sanctioned by the International Ski Federation (FIS). The Nastar Race Association wants as many Japanese youth athletes (12 to 15 years old) to compete with athletes from around the world as possible, and for coaches to experience the “world standard.” We have been holding FIS youth races in Japan since 2020. I hope that your experience at this conference will be an opportunity for you to learn about the world, catch up with the world, and surpass the world.

*Please note that we accept ONLY official entry from National Ski Association. Personal entry will not be accepted.

Hospitality: For U16 and U14 Team who is entered by their National Ski Association, Japan Cup organizer will provide you the followings for free of charge.
– For 4 athletes, 1 coaches.
– Entry fee
– Accommodation for check-in February 19 – check-out February 23. (4 night 5 days)
with dinner and breakfast.
– Lunch on February 19-23.(5 days)
– Lift tickets from February 19 to 23. (5 days)
* Lodging arrangements can be made for February 18, but the cost of lodging is the responsibility of the individual.
* Accommodation (1 night with breakfast) from ¥10,010 to ¥26,070 per person on 18 February. The price varies depending on the type of room and the number of people using it.

Shuttle bus: A shuttle bus service is scheduled to run from Narita Airport to the venue according to the following schedule.
– Narita Airport → Naeba Ski Resort / February 18, 18:00
– Naeba Ski Resort → Narita Airport / Feb. 23, 16:00
* Bus fare is 30,000 yen per person round trip.
* Meeting place and details will be provided after entry is completed.
* The arrival time at Naeba Prince Hotel on 18th February is scheduled for around 10pm. Please take care of your own dinner.
* Online payment for accommodation and bus fares on 18 February must be made by 9 February.
